Goals should be SMART – Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, and Time-bound
In the absence of information, people will make up the worst possible version of the truth - usually reflecting their worst fears.
Don't ask "any questions?", ask what you did wrong or what was confusing. Ask specific individuals directly what is working and what isn't working, to avoid the bystander effect (assuming someone else will ask/say it).
